Delivery takes 7–14 business days. If you’re unavailable, our courier will attempt re-delivery or leave the package in a secure location. If your order exceeds 14 days, please contact support@eloize.com.
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Since we provide authentic photos and size charts, we cannot accept returns for preference (color, size, style). If your item arrives damaged, please contact support@eloize.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos to initiate a return.
