At Eloise, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In new, unused, and resalable condition
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

To process a return due to damage or defect, we require a clear photo of the item to be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note: We do not accept returns on furniture, custom or personalized items, or anything marked final sale.
